Who we are
Resold is operated by Concor Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16633188), registered office 67 Josephine Avenue, London SW2 2JZ. We are the controller of the information you give us. Contact us at support@resold.market.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, whether you mainly buy or sell, what you trade and roughly how many cards you sell a month if you tell us, the date you joined, and the country your connection came from. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers on this page.
Why, and our lawful basis
To email you about Resold's launch and to ask you a few questions about how you trade, so we can build the right product. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it any time by emailing support@resold.market or replying to any email from us.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel, in its London region. Only we can read them. We keep them until Resold launches and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@resold.market. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
